This is Lakshmi narayana from hyderabad i submitted my htc device at sri sai communications in secundrabad on 9th july2012 for resolving touch screen issue which was repetadly occuring .as mr kadam took the responbility in resolving the issue in 5 business days as it has occured within the time after i paid an amount previously for within a months time i recieved the device.
mr kadam is a manager at htc 07738385220.so i recieved all the harassment in this 45 days each and every dept, at htc failed to keep up the promise ajay manager at mumbai,rahul and operators i spoke to over the phone,no body maintains any kind of notes .the worst service i have ever recieved from a brand like htc i want namita i recieved a new ticket no from namita12imc330004437 and it might take another week so i want to lodge a complaint and seeking some help from u.
