Call Charges increased without information for mobile number 8696666551 Post paid

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Dear sir/Mam,

STD Call Charges increased from 50paisa/minute to 60paisa/m on my vodafone Postpaid number 8696666551 without informing me. when i contacted to vodafone customer care they replied that you have requested to increase the call rate,But no such request done by my side. i am using this number from dec 2010 and call rate increased from aprrox April 2012. i have also cantacted to vodafone appelete and Nodal they are saying we have informed you via call and massage but i have not get any information, and also saying now can not provide these call rates again you to change your plan.

All these things are in mail with me,Please do the needfull to stop this type of activity and support.
