unfair deduction of money by idea cellular customer care

sir i m using idea number 8449664188,,i have recieved a call from customer care of idea on date 11.8.12 ,,a girl tell me any promotion scheme that if u recharge with 52 rs you will get 120 i2i minutes.i refuse for that,,but that girl activatate that scheme without my permission and also activate 2 more services and cut 20 rupees more..when i complain to customer care they give me time to resolve the problem and irritate me by doing phone call,,finally they refuse to refund my money,pls help me sir..deepa sharma
