I had placed an order for Sony Xperia Sola Smartphone mobile on 8-Aug-12 from link : http://shopping.rediff.com/product/sony-xperia-sola-smartphone-mobile/11401610 but haven’t received the same. My order ID is : 7321003
The website promises to deliver the product in 3 working days, but sadly it’s going to be a week and I haven’t received the product. My order was confirmed and showed awaiting dispatch. When I called customer care to confirm about the product, the executive said it will be delivered shortly. Now, it’s been a week and I enquired about the status of the product, the executive said that the order cannot be delivered because the price displayed on website was wrong. Price shown at the time of booking was 1,529 but later the price was changed to 15, 990. If it was a mistake then why wasn’t I informed about it the same day. I have been waiting for the product since one week and tired of calling customer care. The executives never come back on line after putting the call on hold. It is a mistake from the website’s end, why should I suffer for the same. I need the product not the refund.
