I, Yogesh Malaviya have a complaint about servicing of Samsung Television. I have 26″ LCD TV and under warranty. I had registered a complaint about TV on 6/8/2012 with complaint No. 8441282013. Their local engg. visit and need some parts to be replaced.
Today 14/8/2012 still they have not recd. any proper part from company and their local service people said that part come from company is not compatable with your TV Model. Hence it required another 4-5 days to come that Part.
So this is very fullish service given by Company.
