Sent packet never delivered to the address and the phone numbers given to track the shipment are all out of service

Hi,

My friend sent one important courier from Blazeflash courier,Delhi on 19/07/2012 to Bangalore. After 2 weeks when I didn’t receive the packet I tried to track the status of the courier which says ‘undelivered’ without specifying any reason. I tried calling on the numbers given to track the shipment and found that all these numbers were out of service. What the hell kind of service is this? These people have got no idea about what they are doiing and what kind of business they are into. I’m looking forward to take legal action against them if I’m unable to contact them as most of the numbers given on their websites are either out of service ot always busy. For the customers I would say stay away from this company…
