Name of company/service: videocon
This is in reference to Complain No. UPW0408120004 about Videocon mobile phone model no. V1805 which was to be replaced by the company on account of its hardware as well as software problem as communicated by the service centre of the company (Ambe Electronics J-40, 1st floor, Sector 18, Noida-201301)
They have kept my handset along with all the accessories since 6th August,2012 and are not attending to it and are neither giving any convincing response to my questions and queries and neither giving the new handset nor providing me with an alternate solution for the time being.
Thus I want to register the complain against the service centre and also the company.
I hope an appropriate action would be taken.
