I have purchased an item from ‘www.timtara.com’ website on May 15th 2012. The order number is 10256330 for a total of INR 6840/-. I have not received the item in the time scale mentioned in the website. Hence I cancelled the order and asked for refund. Whenever I call them, they simply say that my amount will be refunded in a week or so. But till now I did not get the refund. Please tell me how to get the refund.
