Hello Minaz,
This is Sameer Sawant & i have made online shopping from shopperstop portal for Allen Solly Mens Long Sleeves Casual Plain Knit Jacket (Order #: 3539257) & after 10 days i have been told that my order is cancelled because product is not in stock.
1) If stock is not available, then WHY DOES THE PRODUCT STILL SHOWS AS AVAILABLE IN SHOPPERSTOP ONLINE PORTAL EVEN NOW, IT SHOULD UPDATE EITHER AS SOLD OUT OR NOT AVAILABLE.
MARKING PRODUCTS AS AVAILABLE AND CHARGING THEM FOR THE PRODUCT AND THEN MAKING THE PAYMENT PROCESS REFUND AFTER 20 DAYS IS PURE WAY OF FOOLING THE CUSTOMER.
WRITING THIS MAIL is my motive to make people aware not to use shopperstop portal until they give trust and confidence about products been showcased. And i expect atleast they should update the portal information on timely manner to avoid such confusion if any as customer PAYS for what they purchase and it is not FREE of COST Service.
2) i don’t see you valued your customer in any sense because, it is we who approach you and purchase from your shop with belief that i will have good and prompt service but it is not the actual case.
I HAD TO FOLLOWUP WITH SUPPORT TO KNOW THE STATUS ON MY ORDER AND LATER REALIZED THAT MAIL WAS NOTIFIED TODAY.
For past 9 days – there was no message or call from shopperstop for not able to process my order on-time.
The thing that piss me off the most is fooling customer over online shopping site saying it is available although it is NOT available in reality. I will definitely share my this experience with details for other customers on social network to make them aware as i do feel that others should not feel same as what i feel today as been cheated.
This is not my first order thru shopperstop online portal, i had ordered some brand of glasses in month of feb and even that was been delivered VERY LATE. I was the one who follow-up with my order and had no proper tracking service from your end. Seriously it is very disappointment to experience with world-class brand name ‘SHOPPERSSTOP’ !!!
