I have purchased one Blackberry 8830 mobile from naaptol wide order no: 3535453 dtd. 29.02.12. I received mobile on 12.03.12, after that there was a problem in mobile that is was not charging due to some problem in adaptor, then I had talked with customer care service & send it back on the address given by customer care officer on 22.06.12. after that I had talked with customer care officer for 5 to 6 times and every time they are telling that within 48 hours you will receive a call from our service department & you will receive your replacement. But, till today I have not received my replacement.
