extra emi taken

Name of company/service: snehanjaali/bajaj finance

zeneb tariq shaikh had taken lcd from nallasopara west snehanjali outlet ,for which we had paid down payment of Rs 9045 n 7 down payment of 2920 n my bajaj loan account number 5770cd00066834this was the deal had done between snehanjali n zeneb,

But bajaj had taken 8 emi from us instead of 7 , n bajaj has taken down payment only 5840 from snehanjali n we had paid 9045 to snehanjali,

the first emi date was 5/5/2011 has been clear from my account ,

Now problem is this snehanjali is not taken serious,from last 6 month they r making fool n just only giving date of tomorrow n today but no result

Please take this matter serious n ready to give all the detail
