Dear Sir,
I have purchased one window AC of Hitachi Make in May’12. It is cooling less, now a days. I have complained on their call center for service on 06/08/12. They gave me complaint registration number 12080600078. Same closed w/o attending after 3 days even my regular follow up. Again I called up they have given new complaint no 12080801404. At the same time I have written to customer care id also. To my utter surprise, neither mail is replied, nor any solution came. Request you to help me in this regard and also spread this maximum customers for not procuring Hitachi AC.
