Note:- Dear All never ever buy any product from Panasonic, as you will be made fool by their Customer care & Service team As I have been made by them since last 43 days.
Pls. go through the following details for which I am co-ordinating with them for the repairing of the refridgerator.

Pls. go through the trailing e-mail & see how your people are harrasing customer which your team has sold the product on the assurity of the Good Service.

Dear Subasree,
As per your e-mail, no one has responded me yet. After this I have spoken to Mr. Alok & Mr. Prabhu on 26th & 28th July-2012. Both the time Mr. Prabhu has assured me that he will take my complaint on priority basis & sort out my problem by last weekend (29th July-2012). But unfortunately I could not get positve feed back from him also.
No one is willing to sort put my complaint. Now I have only option with me to go to the Consumer Court for this. Are youn really wants for this Step to be taken by any customer against you?
Kindly tell me by when can my refridgerator will start working?

Complaint of Refridgerator not sorted out since last 24 days by Panasonic Team.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have made a complaint about non working of Refridgerator on 30th June-2012. My Complaint no. is 107944. My call was attended by Miss Sheetal. After that on 1st July-12Your
service Engineer (Serivice Contact no.-022-27543589)visited my home & he found that due to faulty PCB my refridgerator is not working. He told me that it is to be replaced at the cost of Rs. 3719/
including all the taxes. I gave confirmation to him to replace the same immidiately.
On 2nd July 2012 he came back & asked to wait for 8 days as they don’t have the PCB in their Stock. He assured me that he will replce the PCB within the 15 days as some time
it took 15 days instead of 8 days.
After that I have made no. of calls for the feedback , but every time they had excuses that they have approached for PCB to Panasonic but Panasonic People are not cooperating
to them. Today 23rd July-2012, after 24 days of complaint they don’t have the spare for PCB. And again they are asking me to wait for more 3-4 days. This call was made to them on 23rd July-2012 at
2:55 pm.
After this I have contacted at 3:10 pm to your customer care no.18604251860, the call was answered by Miss.Lilavati. She was trying to contact the concern person, but her
call was not picked by him so she assured me that she will contact me on my cell phone 9223285209 once get contacted with him. But till time now no one has contacted me on this issue.
I am surprised that the Reputed company like Panasonic can Harrase customer like this for 24 days? Every one is blaming to other person without helping the customer.
I feel that I have made biggest blunder in my life by purchasing the Panasonic Refridgerator.
Pls. do the needful to repair my Refridgerator immidiately.
