I, DR. MADAN, HAD PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER FOR PANASONIC TV-P5OU30D VIDE ID NO.31188920041 ON 14.4.2012 FROM WEBSITE-WWW.EBAY.IN ; WHICH HAVE BEEN RECEIVED ON 03-05-2012 THROUGH “THE JEWEL ORCHID ” OF KANPUR VIDE THEIR BILL NO.C-60; THROUGH STARTREK LOGISTIC PVT.LTD.COURIERS.
MORE OVER THE JEWEL ORCHID HAD TAKEN ANOTHER 5000/- APART FROM THE PRESCRIBED AMOUNT. BUT WHEN IT WAS GOING TO BE INSTALLED THROUGH THE EXPERT, IT WAS FOUND BROKEN FROM INSIDE. THE STARTREK COMPANY WAS CONTACTED AND TOLD US TO WRITE A COMPLAINT.
WE COMPLAIN TO E-BAY & THE SELLER-JEWEL ORCHID. THE SELLER PROMISED US TO CHANGE WITH NEW ONE OR WILL RETURN THE MONEY.& ALSO TOLD LET IT GOES THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL AS IT IS INSURED SO HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME TIME.
WE HAD PRODUCED THE LETTER OF COST OF PANEL OF TV THROUGH PANASONIC COMPANY TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
MOREOVER THE COURIER HAD GIVEN IN WRITING THAT SHIPMENT WAS DELIVERED IN DAMAGED CONDITION. THEN ALSO THE INSURANCE COMPANY REJECTED THE CASE & TOLD THERE IS A BREACH OF WARRANTY UNDER CAPTIONED CLAIM SO WE REGRET OUT INABILITY TO CONSIDER CLAIM.
WE CONATCTED THE E-BAY COMPANY BUT THEY ALSO REFUSED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE & WE SHOULD GET JUSTICE .
