Name of company/service: Chandra Net Pvt Ltd./Internet Service Provider
I have taken their Internet service for my home (Plan Name- Revolution Home Plus service) for 20 months by paying Rs.4049. I have availed that service one month back and i regret to say that the service is very poor. I must have made 8-10 complaints during this period. Whenever you start the service it does not operate. I have repeatedly requested them to improve service, but they are not taking it seriously.
