cheque book not issued

Name of company/service: kotak bank

This is Jeeshan Ali Patwa. I made a cheq. book Request on 28 july 2012 & My Request no. was 1-2020013392.
I had discussed with bank that It was very Urgent & they ensured me that it will be recieved by me with in 3-4 working days.
but it is not dispatched yet as per kotak customer-care. when they had already sent me a mail saying it was dispatched simply to buy some time.
This is a very unprofessional error and I have suffered at the hands of their system’s laziness. Please ensure that this matter is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible and again, URGENTLY dispatch the chequebook.
