I moved from Delhi to Indore. I gave contract to Ajay Rana who ownes Shri Krishna Packers & Movers to shift my Luggage and belongings from delhi to Indore. I gave 20k in Advance on 3rd of August 2012 and he agreed to deliver my goods within next 2 days i.3 latest by sunday (5th Aug’12). I came to indore and kept on waiting for my luggage and I received it on 8th Aug’12 (After 5 days). Most of the item were badly damaged and during this transpotation period I kept on calling this fraud guy and he didnt pick my phone. Initially he picked my phone twice and lied to me that truck is stuck somewhere due to heavy rain. On 8th Aug’12 when my luggage reached and I saw the vehical i was shocked to death. It was a small tempo wherein the fraud guy picked my luggage in a big vehical which was spacious for my luggage. In this small tempo my luggage was literly thrown wiitout any setting and most of luggage was not even covered. I asked the driver and then again I got the big shock. he told me that Ajay Rana that fruad guy outsourced my contract to this local tempo wala and thrown my luggage into his tempo on Sunday night wherein he promissed to deliver it in Indore by Sunday. This guy is shameless and a big fruad and he should be punished strongly. The list of damaged goods are:
1) Microwave – Side fitting (electronic plate) next to front door is completly broken
2) two new Bean bags XXXL are fully torn
3) base (feet) of fridge is completely broken
4) Cooler is damaged from top and heavy dent on top and it’s mis-shaped now.
5) Cooler stand is completely mis-shaped and can’t be used as stand now
6) Double bed – Scratches all over the bed and wood work completely damaged
7) Dressing table – Scratches all over the bed and wood work completely damaged
8) Pulsar Bike – 2 major dent on petrol tank and foot rest is broken
9) Washing Machine – Glass of door is broken
10) Almirah – major dents
It’s an advise not to use this tranporter to shift luggage and someone should take strong action against this guy. i can produce/provide all proofs to validate what I have written. I have taken sign from the driver who delivered my luggage. I have bill and details of this Fraud guy is:
