I have received a Bill of Rs. 1471/- for the month of July and I have paid an amount of Rs. 1571/- vide Cheque No. 967885 dated 16/07/2012 drawn on Oreintal Bank of Commerce, Kundli; the said cheque has been cashed from my account but till date this amount is not been updated to my Bill amount. When I went to their Outlet located at Sector-13, Rohini they said that they are helpless and cannot do anything also same response was given when I dialed 198 from my mobile. The person sitting at the outlet gave me the number of Nodal officer of Reliance Communication 18602002011 when i dialed this number a person by the name of Mr. Praveen Naik took my call and said that he can not do anything as I have not registered my complaint on 198 but I am repeatedly calling 198 and talking to different person each time I call and they says that they cannot register my complain in this regard. Sir, I am very mentally harassed in the past few weeks but the customer care executive be it the executive at the outlet or at 198/18602002011 are not trying to resolve my problem. I have also submitted my bank account statement to their outlet which clearly shows that an amount of Rs. 1571/- has been debited from my account and have been credited to RCIL but they are not adjusting the said amount to my outstanding Bill.
Sir, you are requested to kindly see my matter and find a solution to my problem.
