the local kiosk owners in delhi @ metro stations & especially in gurgaon charges the water, cold drinks other products more than the MRP. Even on my stay in chandigarh hotel the hotel billed me the cold drink bottel of 300ml costed @ 12/-… for 25/- just double the MRP. the serious axtion to be taken against all these people….who increases corruption on local & road level.
