This is hereby inform you that I, had purchsed one scoter(Make-TVS, Model-Wego, Chassis no.-MD626AG40C1E86261, Engine no.-OG4EC1371846) on 15-06-2012 from ASHIMA AUTO (Add.-1A, GT Road, Near Moradan, P.O.-Chatra, Serampore, Hooghly-712204, Ph.-2878 1380/ 2622 0786).
As per commitment of the seller(i.e.-Ashima Auto) they promised to provide me all the papers regarding registration of my 2- wheeler should be within 1 month of time. But, till date they are they are unable to provide me any papers regarding registration of my vehicle. Althouge they already taken total cash for registration. Now a days they are nither giving me any proposed date, also they are refusing to talk any issue regarding the subject. They are only saying that, “BLUE BOOK OR CARD WILL COURIER TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS”. But the thing is they don’t provide me any papers regarding submission of my vehicle registration in the conserned Govt. department.
You are requested to take necessary action to provide me the solution.
