yesterday(08/08/2012) I purchase a new sim card (9873370174) and recharge with 3g plan of Rs 249 and with the help of micromax data card connected to the laptop.
Instead of 3g speed they are providing only 2g speed of downloading speed below 10 kbps.
I tried more than 10 times to talk with customer care no. 9811098110 but they disconnect the no. in between.
They are saying that 3g is activated and when i asked why speed is only 2g and showing the sign “E” instead of “3G” then they gave a no. 9999904040 which was switched off.
please do something they are cheating the customer.
