I have an aqua guard water purifier of the above company. In june 2009 an agreement for maintains & servicing of the instrument has been made with the company. But company has not providing his services.I had lodged a complain to consumer forum to resolve the issue and penalise the company. But due to some un avoidable circumstances I can not attained the date of hearing and my case was closed. My aim was that the representative of company only make their commitment with me. Ajay Sharma the company local representative has not done any commitment to do so.
