About Excess Bill.

Location/place: Solapur / Nashik

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

TATA DOCOMO always sends excess bill to me I was complain to the customer service centers of Nashik and Solapur also.
But they disconnect my Mobile connection due to bill reason.
Two times I paid amount of bill as said by Manager of the same.
So what can I do for this case.
