I’ve Booked Volkswagen Vento Comfortline MT 1.6Mpi Silver Colour in the name of Dr. A.K.Shrivastava, CMO,NHPC Ltd. on 17.07.2012 from Essenn Automotive Private Limited , Siliguri, W.B.-734010.
I’ve paid Rs. 40000.00(Rs Forty Thousand Only) as a booking amount vide money receipt no. EAPL/C/0120/12-13 dtd. 17.07.2012.
Due to Some Personal reason I want to Cancel the booking and for the same I already have given the request letter to M/s Essenn Automotive Private Limited , Siliguri, W.B.-734010 on 28.07.2012
On 30.07.12 , they have called us to give them the money receipt.
When I was giving them money receipt, they denied to take it & even they are not agreed to return back the money in any circumstances.
I’m totally trapped with the dealer .
In terms & Condition they have not mentioned any clause that they will not return the money as well.
According to T&C clause 11. it is clearly mention that”All refunds will be made by cheque only . Please allow atleast two weeks for processing.”
This is to request you to kindly make an arrangement to return back my money at earliest to avoid further in-convenience.
I’m following up the Customer Care also on Phone and Mail. The Concern No. they have given is – CAL15257 – which I’ve lodged on 30.07.12 by mail and to customercare on phone.
Sir, Till date I’ve neither received any mail/ phone from CustomerCare of Volks Wagen side nor from M/s Essenn, Siliguri.
Sir, It is pertinent to mention here that we got very ill treatment from Director & Staff of M/s Essenn, Siliguri. As we are requesting them for cancellation , so for that reason they thought that they are not getting money and with mal intention to not refund our money(40 Thousand) – they are even not asked us to sit even not ready to talk in proper way.
Sir,Yesterday I again made a call to Customer Care & through them I come to know that dealer is trying to convince us, Which is certainly a wrong Statement and again I’m repeating that I’ve not received any call or visit from their side and on my visit they are not attending us.
Sir, Due to Urgency of Money and the kind of Dealer Service, Now I’m not at all agreed to get convince from Dealer or Volks Wagen Company.
