AC NEEDS REPAIR WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD

Name of company/service: VIDEOCON WINDOW AC

Our company purchased a total of 16 Videocon AC ‘s ( 8 Split and 8 window)in June 2009 for our new office through their supplier Babajee Enterprises ( Bill no 4164 total Rs 265,405 )One of the window AC is giving trouble and the Videocon engineer has advised that compressor needs replacement which is within warranty period of 5 years. Our complaint ref with Videocon helpline is DEL2607120401 of 26 July 2012.Inspite of repeated calls no body has come to attend to the AC. Please advise what we can do further.
