I sent two couriers (Gurgaon and Gorakhpur) through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS, Mumbai on 26th July 2012 and 27 July 2012 and till date (08 Aug 2012) none of them is delivered. On 02 Aug 2012, I made a call in PROFESSIONAL COURIERS office and the lady who answered my call, talked very roughly. She said that one of the the courier was reached to Gurgaon office on 29th of July 2012 but the address mentioned was wrong. This is to clarify that the address is absolutely correct as I have sent many mails on same address. Now, when I called her then she is telling me that the address is wrong. Why they did not call me with in 2 days.Further, when I told her that there is contact number also with the address, she replied that “WE do not make call to the addressee”. After this she cut down the line and did not answer when I called up again. Professional courier’s staff works in unprofessional way.
After that I wrote 3 mails to them, still they have not delivered the courier. Some time they ask for address again and some time for phone number, however they have both already with them. On 08 Aug 2012, I again called up them and the guy Mr. Rakesh told me that their Gorakhpur office is shut down long back. And it would be great if the party can come to receive the couriers. Then, why did they take this courier for delivering at door step? Today is the 12th day when I gave it to PROFESSIONAL COURIERS and till date they have not delivered them. This is ridiculous.
