I had a terrible experience with the Pepsico product last on 12th July thursday..as I was not well also had to go to my work hence could not write to you hence writing it today.
Last Thursday dated 12th July I bought two tropicanan mixed fruits in Vaishali sec-3 market ..valued as Rs 18 each ..me and my mother started drinking and the moment we took the first sip both of us realized the taste is bitter and we can smell somthing ,we complaint to the shopkeeper that it looks adulterated but the shopkeeper said its not his fault and he cannot do anything then I had tried to contact on customer service number printed at the bottom of the tetra-pack..but to no avail (i think this number never works this is printed just to follow some norms and to show that anyone having any complaint/feedback can talk to us but the number does not connect either ) so whole idea of printing it on the tetra-pack is defeated.
Later myself and mom started feeling uneasy and very uncomfortable ..my mom even puked and we have to first cancel our shopping and movie and rush to doctor and we took some medicine …though we are kind of fine now ..but I am very annoyed at the kind of product in the market and follow up support procedure Pepsico have.
I can give you the details of product and you can check it looks the entire batch is faulty as both the juice packs are of the same batch:

I HAVE BOTH THE JUICE PACK LYING WITH ME..and i will keep it with myself till the time I dont hear anything from Pepsico Management as in what steps they are going to take to compensate what I and my mother had gone through that day the entire day we were panicky and had fear of vomiting the entire schedule for the day went for a toss…i am huge fan of pepsico products regular in juices but this incident left me to even hate pepsico and pledge all my friends not to buy pepsico products

Very distressful
This is what I had written to Pepsico back in july 15th..since then they had contacted me for plain sorry over the phone …I had asked for what about the distress and inconvenience caused due to all this..they have not replied for my single mail I had specifically asked for them I not complaining they just give me tetra packs for juice in replacement…..i will not fight this battle for Rs.36 it about moral issue how a big company like this not thinking about the consumers health….I need some action taken by the company
