I have booked for Aakash Ubislate tablet of datawind company in the month of December. I was given a booking reference number for tracking of my order.

When i checked with the customer care of company for delivery schedule, the company was told that i would be delivered the product by end of february.
When the tablet was not delivered to me by the promised timeline, i checked with them again for the same in first week of March.
This time again i was told that the item would be delivered in the end of April.
The replies given by customer care are of monotonous nature and lacks genuinity. and now august going on and i did’nt get my tablet..
i paid advance cheque payment in the february and company received it nd send me a confirmation e-mail of payment..

The product was advertised and launched by none other than Mr. Kapil Sibbal in front of huge media coverage, with due publicity given by media all over the country.
How can the dream project of such a magnitude fail so drastically??? Everything that looked promising earlier, seems so bogus now.
Kindly let me know as to what needs to be done so that people of this country are not fooled by such companies.
so please take an action on the company ..
