There was a confirmation in www.shopping.indiatimes.com that if an order is placed before 27th July 2012 for Rakhi, they will surely deliver it by 2nd August i.e Rakshabandhan.
I had placed order on 26th itself, but my rakhi was not delivered. Secondly, when it was not delivered, I had cancelled the order, but they delivered sopiled Kaju katli and rakhi after 3 days of Rakhshabandhan.
I have contacted customer care, but only thye are sending appolization mails daily!!!
I do not want to leave it like this, can anyone pls tell me…how to teach them a lesson???
