Above is the detail of the shop from where i have purchased Samsung wave series mobile in sep 2011 . issue is very simple that right now i am facing problem in cell and unfortunately i lost my receipt so when i go to service center they asked for bill, than i explained the things and than they told me if i will submit duplicate bill than they will only look my cell free of cost, as i have a box of my cell there manufacturing is also mentioned sep 2011 if you will count from that date than still 1 year is not crossed but still service center is asking for bill and shop is not issuing duplicate bill.on asking shopkeeper say i don’t have computerize system to capture records and completely deny to give bill. I have a question at the time of purchasing if we are paying service tax for a product which is mentioned in a permanent bill also as the product i have purchased having 1 year warranty than without completion of warranty period how the shopkeeper’s can say they don’t have a bill?????????
