T24 No GPRS connectivity

Location/place: Vadodara

Name of company/service: TCS/SE

I purchased a T24 sim card from Central Mall Vadodara. They gave assurance that GPRS is active and you can use it with T24.
From that day i.e from july 10,2012, I am following with customer care people and have also drop mail to [email protected] and [email protected] thrice, but still I am not getting any positive response from T24 team.
I want to change my number now and want all my money back whatever I have spent and exist on my T24 number.

    My self Rakesh may I purchase t24 sim card befor 6 months ago may i use always this no bt now a days daily dedcted my balance 10 to 20 rs daily beacause I change my network bt t24 is not digest this thing then it will dedcted my balance daily plsssssss don’t do this T24 IS not goood telecom company it is very pooooor not able to 3g pr support tooo gprs ggooood very poooor condition!!

    Today i reacharged my internet.and the internet is not available.it comes only for 2 minutes and after that it goes away.so i want my money back as main balance…my number is 896155854
