I had Registered a Mahanagar gas connection line on the name of My father Mr. Akbar Suleman Mukadam, on 06 December 2009 and the full payment was done on 19 September 2011 by a demand draft from Vijaya Bank KoperKhairne Branch.
Till today I had not received the gas connection in my house my neighbours had got the connection and it is functional.
I approached To Mahanagar Gas by through emails on 17th July 2012 and they replied me the following:
This is an acknowledgement for the mail sent by you.
As per our records, balance payment towards Registration & Connection charges is pending.
You are requested to provide us the payment details such as cheque no, payment date, amount paid, clearance date & banks name along with scan copy of bank statement as proof of payment at the earliest if amount of Rs. 5500/- has been cleared from your account.
Your unique docket / complain number is 1176472 & BP No is 1100455014.
On their request I sent them all the Demand Draft details on 24th July 2012. The Demand Draft Details are the following:

Date Of Purchase: 19/09/2011
Demand Draft Amount : Rs. 5500/-
Demand Draft Favouring: Mahanagar Gas Ltd
Paid at Vijaya Bank Service Branchon 24/10/2011.
Since after my mail on 24th July Mahanagar Gas has not replied neitehr they gave any connection at my home.
