It is to bring to your notice that, the service provided by the airtel broadband service is inefficient and inadequate.
The connectivity is bad, nothing to do with technical glitches, since our modems are sound PCs running on optimum performance. We suffer from disconnection every second day, and the helpline is utterly useless as we’re made to sit through minutes of automated call service.
The other issue is, that our download limit runs out without even us making use of the entire download package.
our plan states that for 1800 we get 30 gb dwnload limit and our speed is at 4mbps within that limit. once we exceed the download limit the speed slashes down to 215 kbps. Now we NEVER download upto 30 gb, and within ten days of bill payment, our speed gets slashed and we get notified about exceeding download limit.
Now this is of concern, as we’re being cheated of our money, and airtel helpline is as finding help in the middle of nowhere.
please help out.
