3G Modem still not working after 10 days of payment

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

I’m a user of Vodafone 3G modem, which I use on my laptop. On 9th Jan’13, I get my 3G recharge done worth Rs. 849 (with 5GB usage data). But till date the service on my no. is not activated, I received a msg at the time of recharge that the recharge is done but it was not activated from company’s side. I called many times & talked to their customer care executive almost daily regarding this issue. They all said that modem setting have been changed, they helped me in changing the setting but still the problem was not resolved as the actual problem was the service was not activated, this information was never told by them. On 17th Jan’13 I visited Vodafone store (Wave mall, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow) they told me that I’ve submitted the money but the pack is not activated as yet, they assured me that on 18th Jan’13 my problem will be resolved but till date my problem is not solved. I called the Vodafone store executive thrice in last 24 hours but he did not respond, so I called him from my friend’s no. & he immediately picked it up. I’m really fed up, I have paid the money but still I’m facing trouble & moreover I don’t even have any fault in it.
