3G Data card service is very very poor

I had purchased a 3G data card from IDEA cellular on 8th May’11, sales man came home and delivered a data card & took Rs.300. On 23rd May I made complaint regarding the net signal which is very very poor and not possible for small file download or upload. Nothing has happened, and 13th June made complaint regarding not received any bill for the month of May 2011. They sent me a bill which was over due on 7th June’11 and they disconnected my data card. Made several calls to customer care but no proper replies, and they said my area is not fully covered by net work. And they expect the consumer will keep paying where the net work not covered. They did not explained to me while submitting the form. And decided to close the account I had reached the KK Nagar IDEA cellular branch. They showed me the statement of my last month bill delivered to my neighbor of some name which is not familiar and fail to understand that why is that my private mail is submitted to some one else? and my house is always manned, tenant is there and calling bell provided & my mobile number and e-mail id had been submitted during form submit.
I told that to the shop sales man ‘If I am coming to the Idea cellular shop for payment’ and found the shop closed for some reason and I pay the money to neighbor shop, will IDEA cellular accept the payment.
All they want is get the money from consumers and not providing the requirements.
