Sir,
My Reliance mobile No.is 9313197332.
I got message from RELIANCE ON DT. 2/8/2012 with message “148 PE 1500 lOCAL MINS, 1000 R2R 500 OTHERS”.

I recharged the above phone number online on 3rd August, 2012 of Rs-148.
But i did not got the mentioned 1000 R2R minutes. I only received only 500 R2R and 500 Local others minutes respectively.

I went to reliance world regarding this issue but they said that this scheme is not valid in delhi and refused to give the 500 R2R minutes after 20 days.

Inspite of approching the seniors in the reliance world at Ranjit Singh Marg for many days there was no result for my problem.

Please provide me the solution for the above problem as soon as possible and oblige.
