undersigned is a broad bandcustomer in W.B under Kharagpur-Midnapur circle(customer i.d no:3001278479,ph no:03227-289534,last payment made on 27.08.2011}.For last few days BSN disconnecting my line though all the bill payments are uptodate.For this reason i am unable to continue my livelyhood &incuring huge loses.
I am requesting you to give me justice & restrain BSNL to continue this types of whimsical behaviour.Thanking you
